The 80 apartments ranging in size from approximately 30 m2 to 117 m2 will be built in a five storey building above existing underground parking. In addition to a large communal roof terrace, there will be a fitness and activity room and commercial premises on the ground floor. An outdoor square will also be built for common activities at the centre of the structure, designed for “ski in and ski out.” The project will be provided with hot water and waterborne heating from eco-friendly district heating.

“We are already well underway with building the first stage of 48 holiday apartments that we started in May 2021. We are therefore both proud and pleased that we can take part in the second construction stage, so that we can keep up the good partnership we already have with Solon Eiendom,” says Department Manager Geir-Ole Nilstad with Veidekke Bygg Hallingdal.

Construction work will start in May, learn more about the project at www.fjellandsbyen.no
