A total of 60 participants in the Company's share option programme have on August 27th 2021 exercised a total of 14 600 options at a strike price of NOK 57.80.
A total of 45 participants in the Company's share option programme have on August 27th 2021 exercised a total of 19 225 options at a strike price of NOK 62.11.
Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 33 825 shares from Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust). These shares will be transferred from the Trust September 2021.
