The office building will comprise a continuous building mass with six floors facing the strait and eight floors facing the harbour basin. The total area encompasses approx. 8,400 m2 above ground and approx. 1,600 m2 of basement area. The premises offer generous space, with plenty of natural light and amazing views of Helsingborg.
“The opportunity to contribute to Helsingborg's largest urban renewal project in modern history is very inspiring. Interaction and involvement are key to delivering a project with high security and the right quality, at the right time, and we look forward to collaborating closely with Castellum,” says Mats Nyström, CEO of Veidekke Sweden.
The building will be adapted to current business requirements with regards to office premises, technology, and service. Castellum has chosen to certify the building in accordance with the WELL Building Standard, a new international standard designed to safeguard people's workplace wellbeing. The WELL standard was developed by the New York-based WELL Building Institute and is based on seven concepts that affect health. The GreenHaus project also aims to qualify for Sweden's most stringent environmental certification for buildings, the Sweden Green Building Council's (Miljøbyggnad) Gold Standard.
