Veidekke to build offices and warehouse in Ski

Kontrakt ABNE Langhus

Veidekke's subsidiary Norske Stålbygg has been awarded the contract by Anthon B Nilsen Eiendom AS to build a combined warehouse and office building at Langhus in Ski municipality. This is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 147 million, excluding VAT.

The building will be the headquarters and central warehouse for tenant Berggård Amundsen & Co. AS, a national electronics wholesaler. The building will have a combined floor area of 14,000 m2, of which 1,800 m2 will be dedicated to offices and the remainder a modern and efficient warehouse.

"This is a very interesting project for us at Anthon B Nilsen Eiendom. Berghagan industrial park at Langhus is without a doubt one of the most attractive storage and logistics areas in the greater Oslo region. The location is very central just south of the capital and close to the main thoroughfares E6 and E18," says project director Yngve R. Iversen with Anthon B Nilsen Eiendom AS.

"We're very pleased with the confidence Anthon B Nilsen Eiendom has shown in us by choosing Norske Stålbygg and Veidekke as contractors. We have erected several buildings for them in the past, and appreciate the good and long-term partnership we have," says general manager Terje Kaasa Larsen with Veidekke's subsidiary Norske Stålbygg.

Construction starts in February, and completion is scheduled for the summer of 2019.
